Artfully layered from floor to ceiling with wacky, kid-friendly steampunk mechanisms and machinery, Professor Pennypickle’s Workshop at the Temecula Children’s Museum features more than 25 interactive elements for children of all ages to explore, bringing to life the museum’s beloved characters, Professor Phineas Pennypickle and his field-mouse sidekick Beaker, through charmingly analog designs and a whimsically low-tech, handcrafted aesthetic.

Jungle Island
Jungle Island provides the ultimate, real jungle experience that challenges guests to leave their comfort zone, push their boundaries, and reconnect with the natural world.
Comprised of four unique zones, each area provides visitors the opportunity to interact with the zoo’s animals in natural, educational, and immersive ways. In the Lost Lagoon area, walking trails crisscross across water and move guests deeper into a jungle filled, not only with rock diving, rope swings, and watery zip lines, but tropical fish, whooping gibbons, capuchins, and other live animals gazing at you as though YOU are on display.
No matter where your journey takes you, Jungle Island represents a radical philosophical shift from its previous iteration from a small, regional “zoo” attraction to a true, international “adventure” destination.
Škoda Experience
Created for Škoda Auto in the Czech Republic, Škoda Cesta is a totally unique branding experience featuring interactive rides, immersive exhibits, a 360-degree simulator theater, a life-size Škoda Glockenspiel, and an innovative vertical transportation system where guests can board real Škoda cars that move through the space.
Sesame Street Presents: The Body
Partnering with Sesame Workshop to bring the high quality educational message of Sesame Street to a museum environment, we designed and produced this traveling exhibit, aimed at teaching pre-reading preschoolers about their body and how it works, encouraging healthy habits along the way.
Addressing the challenges of creating an education-rich museum exhibit, we developed a unique program of experiences and interactive exhibits through the tenets of scientific thinking—asking questions, experimenting, observing, and reporting—delivering a carefully curated curriculum of exploratory play with the beloved Sesame Street characters.
Dinosaur Valley
In 2008, one of the most astounding paleontological discoveries in history was made just outside of Zhucheng, China—a huge collection of over 7,600 fossils from the Cretaceous era, larger in scope and scale than had ever been found in one place before.
Inspired by this incredible, one-of-a-kind discovery, we designed a concept that combines premier resort amenities, high-tech interactive exhibits, and immersive theme park storytelling within an engaging and awe-inspiring educational environment that brings the world of dinosaurs to life. Fusing real science with fantastic entertainment, we have created a unique new destination resort that enlivens, entertains, and inspires through edutainment.
The Great Wall Experience
Legend Tourism approached us to help re-envision the tourism area in Badaling, China—the location of the most visited section of the Great Wall.
Taking advantage of the authentic history, deep storytelling potential, and existing physical assets of the region, we created a spectacular collection of authentic entertainment experiences that bring the rich history of the Great Wall to life.
With appeal for both locals and tourists alike, this unique destination attraction showcases the cultural importance, historic significance, and architectural grandeur of the Great Wall.
Chicago Museum of Science and Industry: Robot Revolution
Thinkwell provided the concept for this interactive robotics exhibit for Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry, the largest science museum in the western hemisphere.
Thinkwell’s concept combines scientific and engineering disciplines in unique and groundbreaking ways to explore how the blend of hardware, software, and human ingenuity has changed the way we interact with technology, evolving how we communicate, work, play, and live.
Visitors make connections with the world of robots, experience their amazing skills and lifelike qualities, and learn how we can benefit from an ongoing, authentic partnership between man and machine in a forward-thinking, high-touch, high-tech environment.
Jurassic Park Institute Tour
Building upon the success of the blockbuster film franchise, this unique touring attraction mixes education with thrills, immersing visitors in the science of paleontology and contemporary dinosaur discoveries while also delivering the wonder and adventure of the Jurassic Park brand.
Working with world-class paleontologists Dr. Robert T. Bakker and Dr. James I. Kirkland, we developed an educational curriculum that seamlessly integrated into an exciting 60-minute walkthrough show featuring 20 full-size animatronic dinosaurs, interactive media, environmental sets, and immersive special effects.
Kingdom of the Wild
Kingdom of the Wild features two exotic gated attractions: an updated and enhanced zoo (formerly the Ankara City Zoo) and a theme park based on fantastical creatures and dinosaurs.
The zoo combines live animal habitats interwoven with amazing rides, shows, and attractions while the theme park boasts spectacular live stunt shows, custom dark rides, and other unique attractions.
