As Senior Director of Project Development, Jesse oversees new project opportunities and manages existing client relationships. He oversees the response to requests for proposals, working to strategically position Thinkwell for success in competitive US markets.

While serving as the client’s advocate through all phases of production, Jesse works directly with the studio floor to set each project up for success prior to kick-off and throughout the project’s lifespan. Prior to Thinkwell, Jesse worked as an Associate Director for The Second City and a Producing Director for The Echo Theater Company.
