VIDEO: Dubai Wins Expo 2020

Urso Chappell, creator of ExpoMuseum.com, captured the moment Dubai won the right to host Expo 2020 on 27 November 2013. Here is the reaction in the press room as the announcement was made in Paris at the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE).
